Unitas Concordia Fiducia KG (UCF) is a management consultancy company supporting start-ups and SMEs (small and medium enterprises) establishing a business in Austria, as well as Austrian SMEs moving into Hungary, respectively by co-ordinating their administrative and management activities and providing business services. In addition, we support finding EU/national/regional/local grants and funding for their business ideas or obtaining private financing. These activities are a unique combination of traditional business consultancy, management and business angel roles.
UCF co-ordinates a professional network of public and private organisations, accounting firms, law firms, banks, property management companies, etc.) as well as has good contact to government authorities and there through provides a one-stop service for its clients.
UCF arranges the establishment/formation of new companies in Austria; takes over all administrative and business duties from the founders/owners. Once a company is fully established UCF coordinates EU/national/regional/local funding or private financing for its projects. When funds are granted UCF looks after the complete project implementation, project management. Following completion of projects UCF plays an active role in the company operations (management and outsourced services) until the business becomes self sufficient.
